Promotion Terms and Conditions

The entity conducting the promotion in the state of Queensland is Loyalty Plus PTY LTD on behalf of Auto Services Group. (Iron Chef Imports)

To be eligible to participate in the trade promotion, participants must purchase a designated merchandise item either in person or online.

One item grants one entry into the prize draw.

Multiple purchases grant multiple entries.

The total number of entries offered is 2000.

Participants must reside in Australia.

Grand prize is a 1996 Toyota Crown Japanese Police car replica – Includes vinyl wrap, lights, siren, PA and control unit.
Valued at $20,000

Second prize is one 100% discounted vehicle import brokerage fee courtesy Auto Services Group
Valued at $1210

Third prize is one Iron Chef Imports merchandise pack
Valued at $100

Entries close at midnight the 25th of December 2023

Prizes are drawn at 7pm the 1st of January 2024

Winners will be drawn via a random number generator and the draw conducted online via live video stream.

Winners will be notified in-stream, and also via email and/or phone

Publication of the winner’s name will be with their permission only, and if approved will be posted on Iron Chef Imports’ social media (Facebook, Instagram)

In the event the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prizes will be redrawn and subsequent winners notified.

If residing in QLD, the grand prize winner will be issued the following in conjunction with the vehicle itself:

1. The balance of current registration
2. A current certificate of roadworthiness (safety certificate)
3. A warranty for a period of 3 months after the day it is delivered to the winner

If residing in QLD or any other state:

4. A current written market valuation from an appropriate valuer
5. A financing statement under the Personal Property Security Act 2009 (confirmation that the vehicle is not encumbered by a security interest registered on
   the Personal Property Securities Register).

If residing outside QLD, the grand prize winners will have the vehicle delivered to a vehicle freight depot in their nearest capital city, at the promoter’s expense.

Registration, safety certificate and warranty are only valid in QLD and thus not included. All on-road requirements and expenses are the responsibility of the prize recipient.

Second and third place prices are redeemable in all states.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transfer of funds.

Prizes may be transferred to another individual or company/corporation, with the express permission of the winner.

The above terms and conditions constitute the legal requirements for conducting a trade promotion in the state of Queensland.
